Meet the man who makes the sawdust and leads our team…

Josh Dean, a born and raised Texan, has been in the woodworking industry for over 20 years. He has held many titles during his career in millwork from installer to project manager to senior estimator. Josh has always had a passion for woodworking which can be seen through his attention to detail and keen vision with every project. Each handcrafted custom piece that passes through Hill Country Board and Beam’s shop is a direct reflection of the love and dedication Josh and our team of craftsmen has for their craft.
